3 tablespoons butter
1 onion chopped
1 cup chopped bacon
2 cups toasted manioc flour (If you cant find this locally, you can buy some here on Amazon)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
1) In a frying pan, sauté the bacon and the chopped onion in the butter.
2) Add the flour and chopped parsley slowly as it cooks.
3) Once the bacon is has browned and the flour has been toasted a bit, it is ready to serve.
