Bifes Panados are Breaded Fried steaks that are unbelievably delicious and can be made with various types of meat, although veal is typically the most popularly used. Whenever my mother would make me these wonderful steaks, it would be a great day. Simple & Easy Bacon & Picanha Churrasco

Churrasco is the most popular style of Brazilian grilling and is loved worldwide for its unbelievable taste and deliciousness. The combination of the meat and spice slowly grilling gives it an unbelievable juicyness and flavor. Our variation utilizes grilling without the open flames to make it much more simple and easy without the fuss. This Brazilian dish uses one of the more popular and well known meats used in churrascaria, picanha. It is a rump cap (picanha) steak meat which is slowly grilled. This recipe is absolutely one of my favorite things to eat. This dish combines the picanha with some bacon in between to enhance the flavor even more. Recipe of the Day: Brazilian Ribs & Rice (Arroz de Entrecosto)

Ribs are an integral part of Brazilian cooking and are typically made churrascaria style in most dishes. While not necessarily made churrasco style this dish, Arroz de Entrecosto, is quite similar and a unique variation on this style of cooking which is much easier and simple to make and is just as delicious. This recipe contains delicious ribs and some Jasmine rice for those who enjoy a truly savory and unique hearty meal, and I am guessing if you love Brazilian cuisine like I do, that is definitely you as well.
