This is a simple and easy to make Molho à Campanha recipe which is perfect for using as a sauce with grilled meats churrasco Brazilian style, or even using as a salad on its own. It is very healthy and bursting with spice and flavor. Try it out and tell us what you think!
1 big onion, minced
1 green bell pepper, cored, seeded and minced
2 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
¼ cup vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
1) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Add water if the vinegar taste is too strong.
3) Just before serving add 1/2 cup of feijoada liquid (if you have it) and 1 chopped malagueta pepper.
4) Serve and enjoy!
