1 avocado, deseeded and cut into halves
1 cup water
1 garlic clove
1 onion minced
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice, plus more to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
1) Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend it until it is a smooth and creamy consistency.
2) Taste the sauce and adjust the flavor by adding more seasoning or lemon juice.
3) Pour the sauce through a strainer into a bowl or ramekin.
4) Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
