Avocado Cream (Creme de Abacate)

Creme de Abacate, or Avocado cream is a dessert like side dish which is unique and very popular to Brazilian cuisine. It is used widely as the basis of many desserts and dishes in Brazilian cuisine like tarts, cakes, and smoothies. This dish is perfect for enjoying by itself or as an accompaniment with a dessert. It is of the utmost ease to make and can be made for a snack in no time.

*Makes 1 serving*
1 Avocado (Must be mature and soft)
1 teaspoon Lime or Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
1) Cut the avocado into two halves and remove the seed.
2) Place the halves into a food processor along with the lime or lemon juice and sugar. You can add some more if you like, to taste.
3) Blend it in the processor until it gets a really smooth and even consistency.
4) Try it and see if you need to add any more lime juice or sugar. If not, pour it into a bowl to serve.
5) Serve and enjoy!
